How do you use it ? 

Essentially, you just need to fill it with water and leave it in the freezer for a few hours (4/6h). I do also recommend adding some essential oils/lemons/cucumbers at the bottom or anything that normally helps your skin. I also recommend that you use it 4 times a week, preferably each morning for de-puffing or night for reducing inflammation. Please bear in mind that all skin types are different though, so you’ll need to try it out and determine what exactly works well for your skin. If you don’t want to risk it you can just use water with nothing else inside  (I prefer bottled not tap because it’s “softer” as in no chlorine).
